Star Hotel
• Hotel located in downtown Park City.
• Features bar / restaurant area, perfectly suited for skiers coming to experience Park City’s famous ski resort.
Plumbing :
We engineered and installed the plumbing and gas system for the commercial kitchen, including the grease drain. We also completed the plumbing and fixtures installation for 4 small public bathroom, in addition to installing storm drains for the roof and deck.
We also handled the design and installation of gas piping to fixtures within the building, including the kitchen. Gas piping was also run to fireplace / firepits.
HVAC :
We designed and installed the HVAc system for the whole building. Features included hot water / chilled water ductless fan coils, a makeup air system for the kitchen, a free-cooling chiller, and a rooftop economizer.
Radiant / Snowmelt :
We handled the design and installation of the hydronic heating / cooling system and outdoor snowmelt system. The interior of the building features 7500 sq ft of radiant heating / cooling Park City routinely sees over 300 inches of snowfall a year, so the snowmelt is a must. This problem is handled by 1800 sq ft of tubing which acts as the snowmelt system. Both systems utilise a 570k BTU boiler to provide heat to the hydronic systems.
