Plumbing :
This residence uses an extensive plumbing system. A 2” water main ran throughout that provides water to over 30 total fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers). Each fixture is connected to a watercop/home shut-off system, a system detects leaks and shuts off water flow to that fixture to prevent water damage. A water softening system and Body Glove filtration system provide clean potable water for the entire house. A twin 120-gallon indirect fire water heater system provides hot water to every place it is needed in the house.
Radiant Heating :
This house utilizes 18000 sq ft of radiant heating throughout the full house, which is distributed across 16 manifolds. These manifolds allow for independent temperature control in each of the zones.
Snowmelt :
The area around this house is equipped with a snowmelt system. Spanning almost 23000 sq ft, the outside areas include a terrace, 2 decks, bedroom patios, 2 courtyards, spa patio, and a ski prep patio.
